The purpose is to take a LUREF geodetic position ( on the Luxembourg Datum)
and
to convert it to cartesian coordinates on the Luxembourg datum (LUREF)
to convert it to geodetic coordinates on WGS84
to convert it to geodetoc coordinates on ED50
